Last year I wrote a post about some of my favorite spring dresses I found on Pinterest and sewing patterns to make them. It is one of my most popular posts so I thought I’d do it again this year! I love finding sewing patterns to recreate the ready to wear styles I see online. A trend this spring seems to statement sleeves and I love it! Check out my favorites below. For more inspiration, check out last year’s post here.

I love these sleeves! I picked up this Simplicity patter during a sale at Hobby Lobby and I can’t wait to try it. I also love all the option the pattern comes with!

Who doesn’t love a little ruffle? Patterns for Pirates gave a sneak peak of a new pattern that will be perfect for recreating this look as well as the blue ruffle dress pictured at the top of the post.

I posted a dress to similar dress last year by PaperCut Patterns but I don’t think they sell the pattern anymore. This Itch to Stitch pattern would work well to recreate this ready to wear dress.

This tiered dress will be a spring staple! The pattern is drafted for knits to keep it comfortable.

Similar to the tiered dress above, but this pattern is drafted for wovens and includes sleeve ruffles.

The French Dart pattern from Maven Patterns combines both the collar and sleeves from my inspiration images.
