I know I’m not the only one who browses Pinterest for outfit inspiration. I especially love finding sewing patterns to duplicate my favorite “pinspirations”! Here is a fall round-up of out my Pinterest inspirations and sewing patterns to recreate them. Several of the patterns are FREE!

Cardigans are a must during fall! The cardigan can be made using the Harper cardigan patter from Sinclair Patterns. The pattern is currently free, but it won’t be forever, so grab it fast! Either the Ogden Cami or the Misty Top would be great dupes for the top in the pic!

I’ve had my eye on a vest like this for awhile! The Envigado pattern from Itch to Stitch is a great utility vest pattern. I’d recommend this pattern for intermediate skills or the adventurous beginner ;).

I recently tried paperbag shorts and loved them! I want to try some pants now for the fall. CKC Century has both short and pants options. The legs are wider than I would normally wear for pants so I might try to taper the leg down.

I love wearing dresses and just because summer is coming to a close doesn’t mean I’m going to stop wearing them! The Mallow dress from Mood is an exact duplicate of the Pinterest inspiration and it’s FREE!

A good blazer is a fall staple. The Fulton Blazer is a very popular choice among sewing community right now. I love the style of the collar on it! Mood also has a free blazer pattern, the Zea Blazer, with a more traditional collar style.

You know I love box pleats and can’t have a season without them! I mentioned this pattern in my Spring Dress Inspiration post but it’s versatile for all seasons. The women’s Joy dress from Made for Mermaids has sleeve and skirt lengths to match each season.
I hope you give these patterns try–let me know how they turn out!
